Greenhill

Greenhill Road

There are a few classic climbs in Adelaide, one of them being Greenhill Road, just a short 7 km drive east of Adelaide.

At 7.2km long, it is one of Adelaide longest continuous climbs, but the climb isn’t the  scarey part, that comes on the way back down with the ravine opening up on your left shoulder half way down.

Hard to believe that there are still some riders out there who are still to tackle this great climb. Go on, give it a go, its not that hard.  My only recommendation is to tackle it early morning. Anything after mid morning and the traffic builds up and it becomes uncomfortable
